CREATOR CONTINUITY GUIDE
How creators can back up their content and audience.
You do not need a complicated system. Start by separating what you make, where people find you and how you can contact them again.
Back up your original work.
Keep the original files for your photos, video, audio, designs and writing in storage you control. Organise them by project and date, rather than relying on a social upload as the master copy.
Keep one current list of your important links.
Your shop, booking page, portfolio, newsletter and social accounts change over time. A single public home makes it easier to update one place instead of editing every old bio and post.
Build permission-based audience routes.
Followers are useful, but an email list or creator-owned contact route gives people a way to hear from you without depending entirely on a feed. Always collect contact details with clear consent.
Test your recovery path.
Ask: if one account disappeared today, could a supporter find your work, other channels and a way to stay in touch? If the answer is no, make that route now.
